Digital Marketing Manager – Time Out Markets

Role Overview 

This is an exciting new role within the Time Out Market team to maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts across all of our channels. This role will oversee the strategy and execution of marketing efforts for our proprietary Time Out Markets app, TimeOutMarkets.com, SEO efforts, PPC campaigns, Digital Display, Email Marketing, Paid Social, and Geo-Targeted digital marketing efforts. This role will work with our Market GMs and Marketing Managers to set the strategy and budget to maximize the effectiveness, tracking and flow through of digital efforts to drive footfall and revenue in each of our markets.

This role is highly autonomous and requires a digital native with an eye for detail and an interest in developing a dynamic marketing strategy through a constant cycle of test, learn and refine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the corporate and property marketing teams to define and implement a high-impact digital marketing strategy within an agreed upon monthly budget.

  • Fully accountable for managing and optimizing digital campaigns to hit ambitious growth targets within ROI expectations.

  • Create a clear testing and optimization plan to deliver on KPIs.

  • Identify key audiences and user trends and make appropriate recommendations / changes to campaigns.

  • Provide recommendations for generating greater footfall and revenue flow for Time Out Markets.

  • Work with partners and explore new digital channels to find new ways to reach and engage with our audience..

  • Produce regular reports on campaigns and detailing the ongoing impact of your work on Time Out Market performance.

  • Support multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and build brand loyalty with current customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Individual with a deep knowledge of the above-listed digital marketing platforms and the capability to identify and evaluate opportunities.

  • Ability to navigate and influence outside of formal reporting lines and produce tangible results.

  • Proven working success in delivering high quality digital marketing campaigns resulting in high levels of customer engagement with a focus on SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager and/or other similar platforms.

  • Experience in managing and day to day tracking of campaigns of varying budgets.

  • Comfortable with large data sets and with a good attention to detail in order to identify client trends and opportunities.

  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
