Email Marketing & Customer Service Specialist

Time Out Spain busca un Email Marketing & Customer Service Specialist que, reportando a la Coordinadora de Operaciones Digitales de Time Out Spain, y en coordinación con el equipo de CRM de Time Out Global (ubicado en UK), se ocupe de:

  • Gestionar campañas de email Marketing de principio a fin: conceptualización, generación del proceso creativo, planificación, ejecución y control de resultados.
  • Contribuir a generar el efecto WOW en las comunicaciones a través del canal de CRM, buscando temáticas atractivas y comunicándolas de una forma fresca para los suscriptores.
  • Hacer crecer la base de suscriptores con estrategias y alimentar los distintos segmentos.
  • Explorar continuamente novedades en el canal de CRM para buscar y proponer mejoras operativas.
  • Generar tests A/B y analizarlos para extraer conclusiones y comunicar los resultados.
  • Enviar insights periódicos para informar de la evolución del canal CRM.
  • Analizar resultados de campañas, desarrollar benchmarks e informes.
  • Establecer estrategias comunicativas para gestionar los canales de conversación con los clientes finales.
  • Gestionar los canales de comunicación con los clientes para una correcta resolución de las incidencias y dudas con los usuarios.
  • Gestión de la comunicación en el canal de ecommerce y control de ventas y stock.

  • Tienes un perfil marketiniano y te encanta buscar la mejor forma de comunicar con tus clientes.
  • Tienes conocimiento de los principales KPIs del negocio y capacidad para generar informes de cara a analizar los resultados.
  • Eres organizado y autónomo y siempre trabajas con el objetivo de crecer.
  • Tienes empatía por los usuarios y te apasiona mejorar su experiencia en Time Out.
  • Hablas castellano, catalán e inglés con fluidez.

Qué esperamos de ti

  • 2+ años de experiencia trabajando en el canal de CRM
  • Experiencia trabajando con SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign o similares
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción 
  • Capacidad analítica para ser capaz de tomar decisiones según los resultados.
  • Habituado a trabajar con objetivos marcados y timings ajustados
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo para buscar el mejor resultado colectivo
  • Tienes conocimientos de HTML/CSS
  • Familiarizado con la tecnología del canal CRM y las herramientas de segmentación de bases de datos
  • Organizado, independiente y multidisciplinar
  • Atención al detalle
