Role Overview
Are you a dynamic salesperson that loves discovering the best bars and restaurants that NYC has to offer? If so, you need to join the Premium Profiles team.
Premium Profiles is the facet of Time Out Digital that sells print, social and digital advertising opportunities to NYC business owners in the food/drink vertical. The main task is to prospect new business and drive the full sales cycle, with the goal of getting NYC bars and restaurants exposed to the coveted Time Out audience.

The Premium Profiles team is fast-paced and dynamic, constantly striving to not only exceed monthly targets, but surpass them.


  • Prospect your own leads by utilizing online and offline sources to cultivate new business

  • Continuously develop and maintain your pipeline of business, making a high volume of daily outbound calls to business owners within the food/drink vertical

  • Present the Time Out Premium Profiles platform to business owners through e-presentations, cultivating a positive client relationship and showing them why Premium Profiles will elevate their audience and clientele

  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating deals, and closing

  • Consistently aim to close new deals, with the ambition to exceed monthly sales goals

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous inside sales experience required, specifically in outbound calls and local business

  • Previous experience in selling digital advertising and/or hospitality preferred

  • Passionately curious about people, places, and local businesses, specifically the bar and restaurant scene in New York City

  • Assertiveness coupled with the ability to listen and persuade others

  • Adaptability coupled with resilience and tenacity
