Delivery Manager, Scrum Master & Project Manager

Role Overview

Time Out is recruiting a talented Delivery Manager with Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager certification to work with our product & engineering teams. The role is about disseminating agile/scrum practices and managing deliverables, dependencies, and risks of key projects, as well as owning the tools that maintain visibility of progress (JIRA).

Working with a growing, distributed engineering team, product managers, external companies and business owners, the successful candidate will show their ability to manage projects to deliver value across a diverse platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Help to define, plan, schedule and deliver a range of projects using whichever tools are most appropriate for the task at hand – though we’d expect the approach to be agile-derivative most of the time.
• Identify and provide visibility of risks and dependencies.
• Work with Tech Leads, Engineers, Data Analysts and Product Managers to successfully deliver projects.
• Share agile best practices and rollout processes and tools to maximize productivity.
• Responsible for maintaining the internal real time communication system throughout the company.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

• Certified Practitioner: Agile/Project Management and/or Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in streamlining workflow between teams.
• Proven experience of managing projects and at least one team.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Excel and/or GSheet.
• Experience delivering successful projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum is essential to the role.
• Ability to communicate with the wider business but stakeholder management is essential.
• Proven experience in Account Management and working to an agreed budget.
• Proven experience integrating with international countries.
• Understanding of risks and challenges of digital delivery.
• Experience with advanced CMS systems is a must.
