Reporting to: Sales Manager, Local Marketing Solutions


Role Overview

The Local Marketing Sales Development Specialist is responsible for cultivating new
relationships with customers, managing existing relationships, and handling any and
all administrative tasks the team needs to function at their highest level.


Key Responsibilities


● Prospect by utilizing online and offline sources to appointment set
● Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to local business owners
● Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals,
identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
● Achieve and consistently exceed monthly prospecting and appointment
setting quotas
● Set up advertising campaign's by collecting and uploading photos, copy, and
other information to set the program live
● Maintain accurate contact management activity log for all past, current and
future support tasks
● Maintain all client records within AdPoint CRM system and Chargebee billing
system


Skills and Experience


● Previous call center experience required
● Previous experience working within digital advertising and/or hospitality
preferred
● Passionately curious about people, places, and local businesses,
● specifically the bar and restaurant/things to do scene in New York City
● Assertiveness coupled with the ability to listen and persuade others
● Adaptability coupled with resilience and tenacity
● 4-yr college degree in communications, marketing, business, or advertising preferred
