Finance Business Partner

Division: Finance / Time Out Market
Location: London (hybrid arrangement)
Reporting to: Senior Finance Manager, Time Out Market

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of revenues across the Time Out Market US division
• Take full ownership of management accounts for US entities
• Point of contact for the year-end audit process for the US entities
• Tracking and forecasting for US entities
• Business Partner to COO North America & to our Time Out Market General Managers
• Analyse drivers of success and highlight areas of risk to our financial plans
• Support commercial decision-making on P&L spend
• Concessionaire reporting and payments
• Daily sales tracking for all US Time Out Markets
• Monthly reconciliations (Various)
• Payroll analysis and reconciliations
• Weekly Cost KPI
• Working closely with outsourced accountants
• Any ad hoc tasks required

Skills and Experience

• Qualified accountant with experience in working within a Finance team
• Strong accounting skills
• Experience of accounting software systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to relate to an international audience
• Hospitality, food & beverage or consumer facing business experience preferred

Time Out Market

You will work closely with all functions of the Time Out Market team. You will work closely with the Finance function to help achieve the finance objectives:

• Help drive business performance through analysis of the numbers
• Support growth in new markets by optimising agreements with our commercial partners
• Assess & articulate the financial impact of business decisions as well as the current and future financial position of Time Out Market

Your stakeholders will be; Finance Manager, Finance Director, COO North America, Time Out Market CEO, Time Out Market Finance leads, Time Out Market General Managers, wider Time Out Market management team.
